- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural areas: May take up to 10 business days.
- International Shipping (if applicable): 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

- We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (as mentioned during checkout).
- For orders below that amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied and displayed at checkout.
- Any additional taxes, duties, or delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned before final payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment directly on our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or logistical challenges.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us via Email with your order details.
- In rare cases of lost shipments, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate and complete at the time of order. Kubramall will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing.
- Attach photos of the package and product for verification.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per our return policy.
